Family policies

Family polices can contribute immensely to the strength of a family enterprise by clarifying what happens in areas where the distinct interests of family members and the enterprise overlap, which are often the areas that can be the source of conflicts. For example
  • How family members can get a job in the family enterprise?
  • How their careers will be developed?
  • What they’ll be paid?
