Mario Duca
I am based in Malta and my role is to deliver the whole range of FBS consulting and training services for family business, family offices and professional advisers in Malta. This is being done through a collaboration between FBS and 2M Management Consultancy Ltd, a Maltese company which I control and manage along with my partner and members of my family. In Malta we trade as FBS2M.
Since starting 2M I have helped families in Malta to improve the governance of their enterprises and deal with the many issues that arise during succession between generations. My experiences convinced me that we needed to bring international best practice in these areas to Malta. After reviewing the European scene I concluded that FBS stood out as offering the most comprehensive range of consulting and training services using a very practical and coherent consulting process. I am confident that through being part of the FBS community I can help to improve the contribution of entrepreneurial families to the Maltese economy.
Looking into the future, Malta’s location at the centre of the Mediterranean and its important historic trading links makes FBS2M ideally placed to develop and expand further into other countries.
