Mentoring
Our mentoring service helps individuals in a family enterprise to work towards achieving their Life Aspirations and to discover whether a role in the family enterprise will suit their own strengths and ambitions. Examples of the situations where this type of help is appropriate include:
- Whether to join or leave the family enterprise
- When and how to retire
- Ownership and management succession
- Developing a meaningful relationship with the family enterprise without joining it
- Developing adult to adult relationships in the enterprise between parents and children
We can act as an informal sounding board or enter into a planned partnership that is focused on helping you to reach set goals over a specific period. In every case we offer the benefit of a neutral outsider with a wealth of relevant knowledge and experience and a network of valuable contacts. Our work involves agreeing

- Goals to work on
- Preferred ways of interacting - personally, telephone or e-mail
- Schedule of any activities - meetings, attendance at conferences, networking with other family businesses
- Confidentiality expectations

- How long the relationship will last
