Mark has a wealth of family business experience from working in, and for, family businesses for over 30 years, 20 years of which at board level. Since 2010 he has mentored and been an advisor for a number of family businesses. This experience, combined with years of business management and director development training, enable Mark to quickly understand both what the family dynamics are, as well as the commercial issues faced by a family business.
Providing a guiding and supporting role for the family, managers and staff, Mark ensures everyone in the business is working towards the common goal of current and future business success, while seeking solutions for family issues that have, or are likely to, come to the surface. His particular specialisms are helping to clarify the current and future strategy, while ensuring that the management team are properly trained and understand their roles within the business.
